1) How to Retrieve Downloads

Note: In some cases the url link may appear to be broken due to the margin specs in your email client or account. Should this occur, copy and paste the entire url and eliminate all spaces caused by the broken link and paste it into the browser.

How to Retrieve Your purchase. Easy as 1-2-3
• 1. Select mp3 single(s) by clicking the "Buy" button that adds the single to your shopping cart.
• 2. After selection of single(s). Simply complete the purchase form using valid correct information and then process your order. Real Time processing (Master Card/ VIsa) will authorize and/ or decline the order in seconds.
• 3. On the "Confirmation Page" when your order has been approved. Click the "Download Music" button for your music or check your inbox for confirmation email. It will have a link with login and password to use on WhoopTonez or login from homepage under "MySongz".
• Make sure all your information and email address are correct. If declined, check the card number, 3 digit security number, address provide and/ or the message from our processor regarding transaction.
• Save the mp3 file(s) to a known location on your computer or device.

Note: An "Email Alert" will be sent to customers on excessive logins occurrences . This is for client's protection of music and customer's awareness for identity protection. Our purchases are over a secured system to prevent security risks.

2) The music is not playing in my broswer, can I fix it or not?

Yes, WhoopTonez stays current with internet standards you may need to update your browser to obtain the latest Microsoft IE, Netscape, or Safari updates. A free version of Macromedia Flash Player 7 is also available, simply click the Macromedia icon to update your browser free of charge.

3) What does WhoopTonez do?

WhoopTonez platform profiles mp3 tracks from Independents and Unsigned Artists to music fans and the listening business community. Bringing unheard sounds to the music seeker and offer competitive talent along with or independent of the industry's common rotation. Also being "The Urban Voice for the New World"- music is not the only feature at WhoopTonez. 4) I am a musician, can I sell my songs?

Yes. Submit your music CD to WhoopTonez and indicate which songs you want profiled (6 song Limit) and we will create a profile for the artist to promote their music. The Music Industry pays attention to who is on- WhoopTonez A Music Publishing Company. (See Terms for distribution of music)

5) Where do the proceeds from sales go?

All monies collected supports the independent artists and supports the opearation of WhoopTonez.

6) Can I advertize on WhoopTonez.net?

Yes, you can advertise on WhoopTonez such as: Webcasts, New Music to stream in the WhoopTonez Online Player, or related advertisements. Simply send your contact information to us below at Got Music?.

7) What type of music do WhoopTonez want to profile or advertise?

WhoopTonez is seeking music from all types independent, unsigned, or former chart topping artists with material that is not of today's commonly heard music (ban-ga's!). Sounds that have creative quality, but yet entertaining enough to play. Good music for fans of all ages to enjoy. In other words we want Heat! Not just a bunch of abusive language and something that will not "Move the Crowd". Before we post it, its tested on the streets, if it don't bump their. I keep the CD for our records and will not distribute without your permission.
